(The box office closes during the off-season – we hold normal hours 3 weeks before each show. For assistance, please leave a voicemail or email us, and we’ll respond as soon as possible.)
On show days, the lobby and concessions stand open 1 hour before the production starts. The theater doors will open 30 minutes prior to the start of the production.
During performances, only handicapped parking is available at the Prospect Park Auditorium.
During performances only limited handicapped parking is available at the Prospect Park Auditorium itself. Patrons with Persons with Disabilities parking permits may park at the theater.
All other patrons are encouraged to use our free MetroLINK bus shuttle service from SouthPark Mall for quick and easy transport to the theater! The pick and drop off location is in the southeast corner of the SouthPark Mall parking lot, between JCPenney and the Denny’s restaurant. Our volunteer bus greeters will meet you there.
Shuttles begin one hour before each performance and end 10 minutes before curtain time. After the show, the shuttle will return you to your car.

Mobility: The theater is accessible to patrons with mobility limits or who use wheelchairs. An elevator is also available for stage access.
Audio Description Service: Quad City Music Guild offers Audio Description of our performances for our visually challenged patrons. This free service is made available on the 2nd Saturday of productions that run for two weekends, and on Saturday for those productions that run only one weekend. Reservations for the audio description service and additional information on any accessibility needs are available by calling our Box Office.
ASL Interpretation Services: Quad City Music Guild offers American Sign Language interpretation of our performances for our aurally challenged patrons. This free service is made available on the 2nd Friday of productions that run for two weekends, and on Friday for those productions that run only one weekend.
