Quad City Music Guild voting members are asked to participate in the annual board meeting on Tuesday, October 22 at 6:00 pm. Information will be mailed out to everyone who completed a Voting Member Form prior to the September 15th deadline.
Annual Meeting Agenda
At the meeting we will:
- Elect four (4) directors to serve a three-year term beginning January 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2022.
- Act on any other business that may properly be brought before the meeting.
Annual Meeting Documents
Voting members attending the annual meeting will receive a ballot to cast their vote when they arrive at the meeting.
If a voting member is unable to attend the annual meeting, voting may be done by absentee ballot. All voting members will receive absentee ballots in the mail. The absentee ballot should only be completed if the voting member will not attend the annual meeting. Absentee ballots must be signed, returned via US Mail, and received by the Secretary by October 22, 2019 to be counted. Those attending the meeting may disregard the absentee ballot.
