Quad City Music Guild voting members are asked to participate in the annual board meeting on Tuesday, October 26 at 6:00 pm. Information will be mailed out to everyone who completed a Voting Member Form prior to the September 15th deadline.
Please note that in accordance with the State of Illinois Public Health Mandate, masks will be required to attend the meeting.
Voting Member Information
Participants in our Member Patron Program are automatically Voting Members for the calendar year in which a donation was made. No action is required. Member Patrons will automatically receive voting information in October.
In addition, 2021 production participants are eligible to be voting members, as are those that volunteered for at least five hours during the 2021 Season. These individuals must have submitted a Voting Member Form to receive voting information in October. The form must have been completed by September 15, 2021. Annual Meeting Agenda
At the meeting we will:
- Elect five (5) directors to serve a three-year term beginning January 1, 20212 and ending December 31, 2024.
- Act on any other business that may properly be brought before the meeting.

Voting members attending the annual meeting will receive a ballot to cast their vote when they arrive at the meeting.
If a voting member is unable to attend the annual meeting, voting may be done by absentee ballot. All voting members will receive absentee ballots in the mail. The absentee ballot should only be completed if the voting member will not attend the annual meeting. Absentee ballots must be signed, returned via US Mail, and received by the Secretary by October 27, 2020 to be counted. Those attending the meeting may disregard the absentee ballot.
Please note: Absentee ballots must arrive via US Mail. They cannot be turned in in person or given to another individual attending the meeting to turn in.
